Priyanka joined 13D in 2014 and currently manages the analytics support for 13D’s global client relations team. Over the years, she has developed deep expertise in outreach campaign strategy, client engagement support, know-your-customer (KYC) research, and renewal risk analytics and reporting, enabling more informed decision-making and stronger client relationships. In addition to her core responsibilities, Priyanka leads the India-based team, where she oversees day-to-day operations, mentors team members, and ensures alignment with global objectives.

Prior to 13D, she worked as a human-resource associate with Nucleus Software, a provider of lending and transaction software for banks and financial institutions. At Nucleus, she gained experience in resource sourcing, payrolls, and finance.

She believes 13D provides its subscribers with a distinct edge because of its ability to connect the global events, often in different geographies to develop ideas beyond conventional wisdom and investment approach. 13D is like a small family in her perspective where every person is supportive to each other and goes extra mile to produce quality content and unmatched customer service.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, India. In her spare time, she loves listening to music, reading articles about new innovations and is an avid traveler.
