Joanna Archibald has been with 13D since 2013. As a Finance Associate, she prepares and views financial information and manages the daily demands of the office. Joanna’s first position at 13D, Assistant to the Chief of Operations, gave her depth in understanding the internal works of the company across all departments. This fine-tuned her attention to detail, strong listening skills, and empathy in communicating effectively with clients.
Joanna earned a B.A. in Business Administration concentration in Finance from the University of the Virgin Islands. She finds solace in her daily mantra, which states, “The only real failure in life is not trying,” and believes that “All of life is like a classroom and we its students must learn well .” She enjoys spending time with her three boys, singing karaoke, and long walks in her spare time. As a family, we enjoy dining out and experiencing the tastes of different nations.
For her, working at 13D Research is like a melting pot of different nationalities, cultures, opinions, and ideas led by the notion, as Sadhguru says “without raising human consciousness, whatever we do in the world will lead to more and more suffering.”
To her, nothing is more fulfilling than hearing 13D clients’ testimonies on how we helped them connect the dots and see the bigger picture. “For the doctor, it might be curing the virus of violence or an artist making the world his/her masterpiece .” What does your bigger picture look like?
