Amber Rahman joined 13D in 2026 as a Vice President of Account Management, where she focuses on client relationships and works closely with 13D’s analysts to help connect the firm’s thought leadership with clients’ specific investment needs.
Prior to joining 13D, Amber worked at LSEG as a Relationship Manager within the Foreign Exchange division. In this role, she was responsible for managing approximately 60 buy-side accounts, including corporates, asset managers, and hedge funds. Her experience supporting a diverse institutional client base provided her with a strong understanding of global financial markets, macroeconomic drivers, and how different market participants approach investment decision-making.
Amber appreciates 13D’s global focus and its ability to detect emerging trends beyond the limited horizon of conventional wisdom. Her background of working closely with sophisticated investors over the years has equipped her with the deep market knowledge to assist 13D’s clients in a challenging and complex investment landscape.
Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. In her free time, Amber enjoys reading (especially memoirs), exploring New York City and all the food the city has to offer, and more recently, she has tapped back into her hobby of painting.
