Niyati brings over a decade of experience in sales and client engagement in the banking and financial services sector. Prior to joining 13D, she spent more than eight years with Standard Chartered Bank as a Relationship Manager, where she built strong, trusted client relationships, deeply understanding client needs and consistently delivering value. She is known for creating impactful first connections, managing complex stakeholder interactions, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
