Andrea is an experienced accounting and finance professional with more than two decades of expertise in multi-entity accounting, financial operations, and tax strategy. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and global tax compliance.

Prior to joining 13D, Andrea spent 15 years as Controller for a private investment firm, managing accounting and reporting across industries including consumer products, SaaS technology, logistics, and retail. She later served as a tax professional with Miller Kaplan Arase, advising high-net-worth individuals, private companies, and global entities on complex tax matters. Earlier in her career, Andrea held leadership roles at U.S. Cellular, Sapient, and The Gap, and began her career with PwC in audit and international tax.

Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University and is completing her Master of Science in Taxation at Golden Gate University. She has lived in Sun Valley since 2008 and enjoys the active lifestyle that comes with mountain living.
