Salesforce Developer & Operations Specialist

Tarak joined 13D in January 2023 as a Salesforce operations specialist to help utilize Salesforce to serve our clients’ needs.

With his experience and knowledge, he will manage and improve the business relationships with Salesforce CRM by improving customer adoption, engagement, forecasting and growth – Ultimately partnering in digital transformation. He will collaborate with 13D teams to make Salesforce achieve its full potential value faster and work more effectively. He will be supporting principal functions of the business-like 13D Management, Relationship Management & Finance to achieve success.

Prior to 13D, Tarak worked in Engineering & Banking domains for 8 years. Predominantly his experience was in managing customer requirements in Salesforce with technical and functional requirements for HSBC for 3 years. Prior to HSBC he supported an operational lead in managing the IBM Maximo Database & IBM Cognos reporting tool implementations as part of the Digital Services transition activity with one of the leading engine manufacturers for Business Jets (Rolls Royce Deutschland).

Tarak has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from PRIST University India and is a certified Salesforce Administrator.

Tarak along with his wife and two children live in Derby, UK. His hobbies are playing Badminton & Cricket in local clubs, and he loves to travel and explore nature with his family. Tarak is passionate about learning and development activities in digital space which aligns with the emerging market technologies.
