Tanya Rudy joined 13D Research in 2023 where she receives, reviews and records financial transactions. Tanya has 20+ years of bookkeeping experience in the Wood River Valley, her home for the past 31 years. She brings a diverse accounting background including a furniture store, a fishing and fly shop, a bookkeeping firm, a CPA firm, and an excavation company. With her family, Tanya also gained experience by owning and operating Chester & Jake’s Fish & Chips restaurant for almost 10 years. The multi-faceted challenge of working for a global business was a draw to 13D for Tanya.
Tanya earned an associate degree in Paralegal from Kaplan University, focusing on freedom of speech and accounting. During her free time, she is usually found mountain-biking, camping, hiking, and gardening, as well as volunteering as time permits. Tanya loves the Sun Valley Summer Symphony, and her love of music helped her produce and promote a two-night, non-profit concert, “William Ackerman & Friends”, at Hailey’s Liberty Theatre in June 2007. Tanya has had discussions with the UK band, MUSE, for a similar event in Sun Valley, with the Symphony’s accompaniment.
