The Epstein case is one more piece of evidence that the system is rigged to favor the wealthy and the well-connected.

Every day, we are reminded of the lack of justice in this case. We are bombarded incessantly with new information and alleged instances of Epstein’s connection to powerful figures. It would be a mistake to underestimate the impact of this on the psychology of the average American voter. If, indeed, we are entering the end of the cycle of wealth accumulation and the beginning of the cycle of wealth distribution, then the Epstein saga takes on even more powerful implications.
